When Reporting an Issue

Please include:

• Your iPhone model
• Your iOS version
• The Event Horizon build number, if available
• Whether this was a fresh install or an update
• What you were trying to do
• Screenshots or a screen recording, if possible

Screen Time Permission

Event Horizon uses Apple Screen Time permission to apply shields and focus protection.

If Screen Time permission is denied or removed, Event Horizon may not be able to apply protection until permission is restored.

You can manage Screen Time access in iOS Settings.

Protection Does Not Release

If a focus session or schedule appears stuck:

1. Open Event Horizon.
2. Go to Console.
3. Check the current protection status.
4. Use the available release, recovery, or emergency option shown in the app.
